As we focus upon the breath, the Fascia-type Flow, tends to the mobility of our structure and incorporates a healthy dose of circular and fluid movements to leave you feeling open, relaxed and calm.

Prana Power-Tap into your innate abundance! This Power Yoga class is a blend of Vinyasa Flow and Power isometrics, holding poses, challenging your physical and mental stamina to the brink. It will push you and inspire you to grow and if nothing else will leave you perspiring! You will be on Fire! Prana fire, that is!

Restore Reset Rebirth From stressed out to sacred. This evening centered class opens the Chakras and re-establishes the energy back to the heart center. This class incorporates many restorative poses to put you at ease and release tension. Rebalance Reboot and Rest for the remainder of your night. Sleep like a baby and awake refreshed the next day! This class follows up with 20 minutes of meditation/relaxation. (1.5 hours)

Young folk inspired Yoga practice with an ample serving of fun! This class is for kids of all ages and their parents too if they choose to join along! The theme is upbeat with a little inspirational message for the week, all themes fellow humans young or old can relate to about life’s challenges. This is a great way for those in the community to get to know each other and share a little bit about our stories, our ups and downs and coming together to support each other with unique solutions or even some kind words of healing or hugs! Remember, we are all in this together! The class big on movement, but also introduces techniques of practicing stillness and pranayama, giving kids a tremendous resource to manage stress and quiet the mind!

This 1-hour meditation class begins with 15-minutes of gentle and light Yoga movement in order to facilitate a state of calm in the body. This will, in turn, assist in bringing the mind into a one-state point of focus. Different techniques will be administered, such as pranayama (breathwork), peaceful imagery, and/or chakra balancing.
